Return Policy – Artisan Work

At Artisan Work, all of our products are handcrafted with care and produced in limited quantities. Each piece is brought to life through the skilled craftsmanship of our artisans and may include unique, personalized details as part of the production process.

Accordingly:

Exchanges are not available. Due to the limited production and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer one-to-one exchanges.

Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or have a production fault. In such cases, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item at [email protected].

Returns are not accepted in cases of customer misuse or dissatisfaction with the product.

Once the return is approved and the item is received, we will inspect it and proceed with the refund accordingly.
