2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of products or services ordered by the Buyer electronically through the website https://artisanwork.co/.

3. Product and Delivery Information

Details such as the type, quantity, brand/model, price, payment method, and delivery address are specified in the order confirmation approved by the Buyer.

Delivery shall be made within the legal maximum period of 30 days unless otherwise stated. The product will be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer. Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs shall be borne by the Buyer.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after delivery, without any justification or penalty. To use this right, written notification to the Seller is sufficient.

Cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:

Products prepared in line with the Buyer’s requests or clearly personalized

Products whose packaging is unsealed and which are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

Perishable products or products with an imminent expiry date

If the returned product complies with the return policy, the Seller shall refund the payment within 10 business days after receiving the product.

5. Payment and Invoice

Payment is made using one of the methods available on the website. The invoice will be sent as an e-archive to the Buyer's email or delivered with the product.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer’s place of residence shall be authorized, within the monetary limits set annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

7. Enforcement

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement upon placing the order. This agreement takes effect when it is electronically approved by the Buyer.
